The first step in marketing is setting out a broad collection of ads and promotions and collecting responses. These respondants are then categorized based on Level of Service.

Hot Leads: inquiries from our ads, word of mouth, flyers, and YOUR independent efforts. They will have questions, particularly pricing. Before we answer those, we must qualify them: Location, Types of Services, Etc.
Opportunities: We qualify the customer's needs, budget, and goals for their lawn. Some just need a quick cut, others need a lawn to be rescued, some are skeptical and just want a mow until they see our quality work. |

Quotes: We offer an online estimate for customer's approval. This stage is where a customer will negotiate pricing or modify the services on the quote - or even reject the estimate.
New Customer: We have a booking! Once the customer has approved an estimate we schedule it in and get the work done ASAP, and YOU get to bill for the business you've brought in! |

Pay-As-You-Go
Absent, Travelling, Ill, or BusyNot everyone needs weekly lawn care all summer. Many of us prefer to do it ourselves. BUT life sometimes hits us with schedules that are hard to manage, or we go travelling frequently, or we get sick or injured and can't do it ourselves! That's where PAY-AS-YOU-GO comes in. Services on retainer, we provide year-round service when we are called upon and bill them from the funds they provide us. They get a PAID invoice each time.

Basic Lawn Care
families, landlords, realtors & ElderlyWhen you have bigger fish to fry, having basic chores taken care of can be very handy! For basic level service, we offer a Mow/Trim/Blow that gives customers an extra hour every week where they don't have to juggle home life, avoid having to repair equipment or buy new equipment, and is also suitable for landlords that rent out other properties. Many tenants will even pay more in rent so they don't have to worry about the lawn!

Full Service
professionals & ShowHomesThe most important clients: These customers will pay what you charge them (within reason) so that they are able to look outside at almost any time and see a well-groomed lawn and other landscape elements. Not just mowing, we also take care of their weeds, fertilize, and do lawn treatments on a schedule. These customers may be interested in contract service year-round or from Spring thru Fall season
