Alberto Lawn Care was founded in 2015 by Peter Alberto with a vision: to offer the best service, support, and transparency to clients as possible. Since that time Peter has collected a great crew of casual helpers that are experienced, hard working, and friendly AND a small team of dedicated agents that can help with anything you need! Our professionalism, easy-to-understand online invoicing, experienced hard workers and friendly customer support staff all work together to provide you with a 100% VALUE GUARANTEE! Our History
ALC began with an electric mower and weed wacker and about 100' of outdoor extension cord. Its founder, Peter Alberto, knew that it wasn't all about the equipment and that his unique approach to customer satisfaction was the true key to growing a business. ALC was formed with the vision that everyone could use a hand here or there, and every customer should look forward to detail-oriented professionalism both in the work performed AND the customer service they get when they contact us. From just a few casual customers to now dozens of regular and casual clients, Our vision is to provide service to both the customer that needs regular maintenance AND the homeowner whose needs vary based on their busy schedule! Contract, or not - we want to do our best for you. We hope you'll share your experience with us!

Our Organization
With our recent successes ALC is looking forward to expanding its client base - but not at the expense of customer service! In fact, we  hope to enhance our communication with you! In order to serve you better we recently formed 2 major departments: ALC Workers and ALC Agents.

ALC Agents reply to your inquiries, investigate your concerns, and coordinate performance and duties within the company based on your needs. Agents are also tasked with planning for lawn treatments and special projects, and have a big part in the estimate process.

ALC Workers are tasked with understanding your property and special instructions, going beyond just performing the work quickly and efficiently but also logging every visit, providing detailed time sheets, as well as assisting in scheduling and logistics to make their jobs easier. They also take the before and after pictures you can view right from your online invoice! (usually extra)

Our goals
ALC knows the lawn and landscaping industry very well. Our goal is to be an easy, friendly, and flexible way to help you whenever you need it!  We recognize the challenges that customers face and we've designed our entire company around avoiding or minimizing these frustrations!
Alberto Lawn Care knows we "just mow lawns" and have many additional services that we hope to show new customers.  We hope to demonstrate that for many homeowners how work/life balance doesn't need to be spending their whole weekend chopping back nature!  We want to be there at 3am when snow has fallen, to make sure you're out and away before morning instead of trapped in your garage. We do our absolute best and are sure you will observe it in our work ethic!
