ALC Workers do not handle any specific account-related concerns, but are happy to address any requests and forward them. Workers do not accept payments, but are authorized to quote for on-demand additional services (if their timeframe allows) An ALC Worker may be your ALC Agent in rare circumstances as these workers also have customer service backgrounds with demonstrated professionalism and training! |

If you have friends, family, or neighbors who need services - you can enjoy credit for referring them!
If you have 8 referred customers under your belt you become an ALC Super Customer and receive greater rewards and free services (based on your needs)! Great for Influencial Property Owners, Rental Property Owners, Neighborly Lawn Care Deals, or even just the normal customer who really likes our work and recommends us to other home owners! **all discounts are based on the value of the new customer's services, and are provided once a referred customer has paid their invoice. referral discounts are not provided to a customer if their referred property is no longer serviced by ALC. For customers with multiple properties used as referrals, the primary property is determined by highest invoice to customer.
