* Fertilizer is always based on the health of the lawn. If the lawn does not show any need for fertilizer, we will delay the treatment on case-by-case basis. We want to love your lawn, not just feed it so we can send you an invoice!
¹ "Pay-As-You-Go" is our retainer-based service ideal for customers in need of temporary help on an irregular basis, prefer no contract, or as a great way to test out the quality of our services. We offer an hourly rate and provide timeclock data for each visit we scheduled with you, we update your balance so you can check it online any time! We can also provide before & after photos for additional charge.
³ Our 6-month term begins mid-late April and ends mid-late October based on weather and soil conditions. Price is starting price for average-sized lawns. Lot dimensions, Uniquely shaped properties, access difficulties, and other factors will influence our pricing.
